Data We Collect
Account Information
- What we collect: your email address, display name, and profile image when you sign in with email, Google, or GitHub.
- Why: to create your account, attach credits and generated videos to it, and contact you about the service.
Photos You Upload
- What we collect: the images you upload to the generator.
- Why: they are the input to the AI model that produces your video. Before generation, each image is also scanned by an automated content-moderation service to block prohibited content.
- What we don't do: we do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them with advertisers.
Generated Videos
- The videos we generate for you are stored so you can view and download them from your account history.
Payment Information
- Payments are processed by our payment providers (Stripe, Creem, or PayPal). We never see or store your full card number; we only receive a confirmation and the last details needed to credit your purchase.
Usage and Device Data
- What we collect: pages visited, features used, approximate device and browser information, and anonymized analytics events.
- Why: to keep the service reliable and understand which features are used.

Data Retention and Deletion
- Uploaded photos and generated videos are kept while your account is active so you can access your history.
- You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@hotellobbyaimaker.com. We will delete your photos, videos, and account data within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or payment-dispute reasons.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU/EEA under GDPR and California under CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email support@hotellobbyaimaker.com to exercise any of these rights.
Children's Privacy
The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
